Overview
ABC Water is a B2B water supply company operating across three cities in Andhra Pradesh. Their operations — order intake, delivery scheduling, inventory tracking, and customer billing — were running entirely on phone calls and paper ledgers.
The Challenge
The business had grown faster than its processes. Delivery drivers didn't know the day's route until a supervisor called them. Customers called to check order status. Invoices were handwritten. Scaling to a fourth city meant hiring more people just to manage the chaos — not to grow the business.

The Solution
We built a full operations platform: a web dashboard for the operations team, a delivery app for drivers, and a customer portal for order placement and tracking. Orders flow from customer to warehouse to driver automatically. Drivers see optimised routes. Customers track deliveries in real time.
Process
Discovery
Shadowed the operations team for three days to understand the actual workflow — not what they described, but what they did. Identified six key pain points that a digital system could eliminate.
Design
Designed three separate interfaces — operations dashboard, driver mobile view, and customer portal — each optimised for its specific user and context.
Development
Next.js for the web dashboard and customer portal. React Native for the driver app. PostgreSQL with row-level permissions so each user sees only what they need. 10-week build.
Rollout
City-by-city rollout with parallel operation alongside the old system for 2 weeks. Zero disruption to service. Full migration completed in 6 weeks.
